Processing & Shipping Times

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Note: This timeframe begins once full payment is confirmed and the order is approved.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are available during specific windows. We guarantee delivery for all pre-ordered items purchased within these dates. We will provide regular updates regarding production and official ship dates.

Tracking & Delivery

• Notifications: Once your order departs, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• Carrier Responsibility: After a package has left our facility, the selected carrier is responsible for the delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for any claims, delays, or delivery issues.

Order Changes & Production

• Modifications: We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

• Production Requirement: Full payment and approval are required before any order enters the production phase.
